A leading tech company in Singapore is seeking a Database Sales Specialist Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on growing the Database business. As a Database Sales Specialist Manager, you will lead a team responsible for growing the Database business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., Field Sales, Customer Engineering, Solution Architecture, Product) and customers, as well as support the team to do the same. You will ensure the team has the necessary skills to demonstrate product functionality and comprehensive overviews of key business use cases, and close business. You will support a positive and high-performing team culture, while identifying innovative ways to multiply the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud. In addition, you will also be responsible as the Sales Specialist for a sub-region and drive database business to customers in that sub-region.
