Job description

We are seeking a Data Reporting Executive to support the team in maintaining accurate data records and preparing reports. This is an entry-level role focused on data entry, cleaning, and generating routine reports in Excel and Word. While the primary scope is operational, there is potential for the role to expand into supporting dashboard creation, process automation, and more advanced data reporting depending on skills and organisational needs.

Job Scope
  • Enter, update, and maintain data accurately including in Excel and Word documents

  • Extract, collate, and compile data from multiple sources to prepare routine and ad-hoc reports

  • Support the preparation of statistical and operational reports for stakeholders

  • Handle data with accuracy, consistency and confidentiality at all times

  • Assist with formatting and presenting reports in a clear and user-friendly manner

  • Undertake ad-hoc data and reporting tasks as assigned

  • May be required to support dashboard creation, automation, or advanced reporting, subject to capacity and skills

Key Skills and Expertise (Core Requirements)
  • Technical: Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with foundational reporting skills including pivot tables, charts, and structured report formatting

  • Analytical: Ability to spot errors/inconsistencies in data

  • Communication: Presenting data findings clearly to colleagues and supervisors

  • Organisation: Managing multiple reporting deadlines reliably

  • Growth mindset: Willingness to learn reporting tools and automation in the future

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Proficiency in Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)

  • (Optional advantage) Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or automation tools (e.g. Power Automate and Python)
