Job description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage IT projects with a focus on AML/CFT compliance, ensuring all initiatives meet regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to completion, maintaining proper documentation and clear communication at every stage.
  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring the timely migration of models from the T4 playpen into the Model Analytics Platform (MAP).
  • Coordinate closely with key stakeholders, including the Data Management Office, Group Compliance, and Group Wholesale Banking, to ensure alignment on project scope, priorities, and success criteria for model migration.
  • Ensure all activities comply with established governance frameworks, such as AI governance and data protection standards.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across business units (BUs) and Technology teams.
  • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating effective communication and alignment.
  • Oversee data migration, testing, and troubleshooting activities related to AML/CFT data projects.
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks associated with AML/CFT system design, implementation, and maintenance.
  • Supervise the testing phases of AML/CFT software to ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring efficient feedback loops and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers in evaluating, selecting, and managing AML/CFT solutions.
  • Provide post-implementation support, including issue resolution, system maintenance, and updates.
