Job summary

A project-based staffing company in Singapore is looking for candidates to ensure data integrity through accurate record verification. Responsibilities include daily operational tasks, preparing reports, and coordinating with IT. Candidates will also participate in Business Continuity Planning activities and provide assessments. The role offers a working schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and has a salary of up to $2400.

Responsibilities

• Index and verify records accurately for data integrity.
• Complete daily operational tasks including closing transactions.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the client.
• Coordinate with IT for purging reports.
• Maintain accurate records of quality assurance and conversions.
• Transcribe records to support operations.
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning activities.
• Verify application details and assessments for accuracy.
• Provide assessments and recommendations on appeals.

Job description

• Salary : Up to $2400
• Working Location : Kaki Bukit
• Working Days & Time: Mon- Fri | 8:30am - 6pm (including 1 hour break)
• Contract : Based on project

Key Responsibilities

• Index and verify records accurately, ensuring high standards of data integrity.
• Complete all daily operational tasks, including closing daily transactions.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the client, including creating report content.
• Coordinate with RMA IT to prepare and submit purging reports.
• Maintain accurate records, ensuring proper documentation of quality assurance, conversions, and tracking of records.
• Transcribe records as required to support operational processes.
• Participate in Business Continuity Planning (BCP) activities, including system and application testing at the BCP site.
• Verify application details and appeal assessments for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide assessments and recommendations on appeals to support decision‑making processes.
