Job summary

A leading investment bank in Singapore is looking for a Data Operations professional to maintain and manage static data including customer and product information, and ensure the accuracy of data for regulatory reporting. Responsibilities include reviewing and improving processing flows for efficiency, as well as liaising with IT to meet new business and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining high data integrity in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain static data such as Customer, Product, currency, interest rate.
• Responsible for the accurate and timely creation and maintenance of static data.
• Review current processing flow, improve efficiency, and tighten control environment.
• Provide statistics for client accounts for regulatory/tax reporting.
• Check daily static data audit trail and perform account reviews.
• Liaise with IT and consultants on system specifications.
