Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in investment analysis, asset management, corporate finance or management accounting.

• Able to travel to Malaysia for work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end investment analysis for data centre portfolio.
• Build sophisticated financial models for various projects.
• Produce PowerPoint presentation decks for stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and perform variance analysis.
