Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as consultant or client representative.
• Experience in quantity surveying & cost management services for pre-contract and post-contract stages.
• Experience in Data Center and/or industrial projects.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate tender submissions and prepare tender recommendation report.
• Prepare progress claims and cost reports.
