Job Responsibilities

• Attend User / Client meetings acting as technical lead in project management as required.
• Conduct internal training for staff on pre-sales engagement, design methodology, and cost modelling to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Manage each project phase from design to completion, ensuring efficient resource use and cost-effectiveness.
• Support new business ventures overseas.
• Propose design concepts and summarize design requirements.
• Analyze existing facilities and perform conceptual sizing/design.
• Conduct risk analysis by checking consistency between tender and quotation specifications.
• Prepare supplemental materials (Specs, DWGs) for quotations.
• Review Bills of Quantities (material and quantities).
• Propose value engineering and conduct technical reviews.
• Prepare presentation materials for tender interviews.
• Provide audit and consultancy services.
• Support vigilant system operations.
• Conduct site surveys and draft proposal documents.
• Provide ongoing technical support.

Project Management

• Manage new construction and D&B projects during the design phase, working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities, and contractors.
• Lead or facilitate design review meetings and workshops.
• Conduct feasibility studies and assess mission-critical buildings.
• Develop concepts and schematic designs, and summarize design requirements.
• Analyze existing facilities and produce schematic design reports.
• Develop detailed designs, including specifications and technical calculations.
• Innovate with new, feasible ideas and stay updated on market trends.
• Differentiate products and coordinate detailed designs, shop drawings, and authority submissions.
• Input for T&C requirements, including preparing test scripts and methodology alignment.
• Coordinate design with other disciplines and review construction materials, shop drawings, and Method of Statement (MoS).
• Coordinate shop drawings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic inspections for quality improvement.
• Ensure site installation complies with plans, designs, and schedules.
• Consult on T&C for FAT, SAT, and IST with technical and Q&C departments.
• Arrange handover submissions, including As-built DWGs.
• Learn and adapt to cloud-based work-sharing, design collaboration, model coordination, and QA/QC processes.

Additional Requirements

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit with Cloud Work-sharing (ACC) is desirable.
• Position may be on-site or off-site, requiring frequent travel to project sites.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Senior Manager.
