Data Center Network Protocol Specialist (Multiple Openings)

West (8 – 10 Mins Walk from One North MRT)

5 days, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

$5.5K - $10K (Commensurate with experience) + High Bonuses + Good Benefits!!

We are seeking passionate engineers to drive the future of data center interconnection technology. In this role, you will be at the heart of developing and standardizing the next generation of network protocols that power advanced AI and optical infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in the architecture design and strategic planning of cutting-edge protocols including Ethernet, UEC, and UAlink.
  • Conduct in-depth technical research and performance analysis using tools like MATLAB and OPNET.
  • Participate in international forums to contribute to the creation and evolution of global technical standards.
  • Partner with hardware teams on the simulation, validation, and integration of protocols into new interconnected chip designs.
  • Address and solve complex technical challenges in ultra-large-scale network environments.
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team and across departments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the design, analysis, or verification of network protocols (Ethernet, UEC, or UAlink is a plus).
  • Proficiency in programming (Python, SystemVerilog) and simulation tools (EDA, MATLAB, OPNET).
  • Strong English skills for technical documentation and international collaboration.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and work effectively in a team environment.
