We are looking for a Data Analyst who enjoys making sense of numbers and turning them into stories that guide business decisions. In this role, you’ll be working with large volumes of merchant and transaction data, helping us measure product impact, improve customer engagement, and identify new opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Design dashboards that track merchant activity, product usage, and revenue performance in a clear, practical way.
  • Explore transaction data to spot trends, patterns, and risks, then translate them into useful recommendations for the business.
  • Prepare regular reports on business performance and service usage, ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to act quickly.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Data Engineers to build predictive models that support areas such as merchant retention and fraud prevention.
  • Streamline processes by automating data flows, ETL tasks, and reporting pipelines across different platforms.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as requested

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience handling large datasets, ideally in payments, fintech, or another fast-moving industry.
  • Strong SQL skills are essential; Python experience will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI, plus strong Excel skills.
