Purpose of the Position
  • Create and maintain compelling dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, and Python, ensuring stakeholders can access actionable insights.
  • Effectively use data storytelling techniques to present findings and support decision-making processes
  • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators for Marcom campaigns.
  • Translate business challenges into analytical questions and develop solutions that address organizational needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
  • Collaboratively develop analytical solutions to address data-driven challenges and improve decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the Data Scientists and Data Engineers on the team to deliver advanced analytics models and maintain high-quality dashboards.
  • Provide analytical support to ensure alignment between business goals and analytics solutions.
Work and Technical Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in statistics, data visualization, and data storytelling.
  • Experience with tools for creating dashboards and visualizations, such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, and Python.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data wrangling and analysis, such as SQL and Spark.
  • Experience or domain knowledge in marketing and advertising analytics.
  • Familiarity with AWS and cloud-based analytics platforms.
  • Experience working with commercial integrated data infrastructure and processing solutions, with a preference for Databricks.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-disciplinary agile teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and translate business challenges into datadriven questions.
