1. Key Responsibilities
Software Quality & Configuration Management
- Review and approve the Software Quality Plan (SQP) and Software Configuration Management (SCM) Plan, including all subsequent revisions.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits of software work products and software development lifecycle processes in accordance with the approved SQP and SCM Plan.
- Provide audit findings and feedback to the Tenderer’s Project Team and SQA Team.
- Facilitate and coordinate software quality audits conducted by the SQA Team.
Cybersecurity Oversight & Incident Management
- Serve as the first line of response to any cybersecurity incidents involving systems within the Contract scope.
- Ensure prompt containment, escalation, and reporting of cybersecurity events in line with approved incident management procedures.
Security Governance & Lifecycle Management
- Prepare, complete, and obtain approval from the SO Representative for the following cybersecurity lifecycle activities:
- Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA)
- Security Design Reviews
- System Security Acceptance Testing
- Pre-Go Live Risk Mitigation and Residual Risk Acceptance
- Security Design Documentation and related deliverables
2. Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience in the IT security or cybersecurity domain.
- Hold a recognized cybersecurity certification, such as CISSP or equivalent (e.g., CISM, CEH, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer).
Knowledge & Technical Expertise
- Demonstrated understanding of international standards and best practices such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, and NSA Security Guidelines.
- Proficiency in the following areas:
- Security management frameworks and governance
- Security risk assessment and management
- Incident response and recovery
- Vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Security audits and compliance reviews
- Technical expertise in system-level security
- Must remain contactable via mobile phone after the commissioning and testing of any Smart System under the Contract.
