Job description
Customer Success Partner Senior Advisor - HXM

Proactively engages with an assigned portfolio of less complex customers to achieve business outcomes by supporting the customer’s executives within a customer’s buying center. This role is supported by a manager and peers to drive mutual success across the Land, Adopt, Consume & Expand (LACE) cycle, ensuring continuity of cloud subscription‑based solutions and maximizing their usage at the product level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Success: Support customer success with SAP cloud subscription solutions within a defined domain or scope; support execution of Line‑of‑Business/Buying Center Relationship Assessments; develop, maintain, and action buying‑center or LoB‑level Outcome Success Plans (OSP).
  • Engagement & Coordination: Coordinate success resources across SAP to accomplish customer‑desired outcomes; receive deeper subject‑matter expertise from CE&X centers and other SAP resources when required.
  • Consumption & Commercials: Monitor Line‑of‑Business adoption/consumption and document business impact.
Experience Requirements
  • 4 – 15 years of experience in relevant areas.
  • SaaS or Cloud Solutions experience (a plus).
  • Excellent analytical skills.
Education

Bachelor’s degree (equivalent).
