Our client is seeking a proactive and versatile Customer Success and Growth Manager to spearhead their growth in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
The Customer Success and Growth Manager, reporting to the CEO, will be the first hire in the region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the existing customers, driving new business growth, and helping to establish a strong regional presence.
This will be a very important generalist role, combining customer support, end-to-end sales, project coordination, and product management.
You will collaborate closely with the UK-based technology and operations teams while taking ownership of day‑to‑day customer interactions and business development in Singapore.
The role will also include on‑site product testing and quality assurance (QA), which includes extended periods of walking at deployment sites. The performance of on‑site testing will allow you to have hands‑on involvement in the development and enhancement of the product.
The role may require international travel at times.
This is a role based in Singapore.
