Job description
Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment and preventing workplace injuries.
  • Support the organisation’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH/OSH) programme by following safe work practices and relevant regulations in daily tasks.
  • Provide order processing support, including verifying customer orders and conducting necessary follow‑ups.
  • Prepare orders for the Planner and liaise with customers to obtain any missing information or documents.
  • Coordinate with booking agents or vessel operators regarding supply schedules and loading status.
  • Work closely with the Planner to ensure timely supply, scheduling, and coordination of orders.
  • Consolidate and verify all orders received daily to ensure none are overlooked.
  • Ensure all delivery orders are received and arrange dispatch as required; provide customers with proof of delivery upon completion.
  • Close job orders promptly to facilitate accurate and timely billing.
  • Manage customer feedback and complaints professionally by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term customer relationships through open, transparent, and proactive communication.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • GCE N‑Level, GCE O‑Level, or relevant Professional Certificate.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics operations; experience in marine logistics will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for communication and coordination.
