Responsibilities
- Process inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and promptly, ensuring adherence to customer specifications.
- Prepare Purchase Orders upon receiving customer orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, product availability, pricing, and inquiries.
- Maintain and prepare sales-related documentation, including invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and sales reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and management.
- Identify and resolve issues related to the sales process, including order discrepancies and customer complaints.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and shipping instructions.
- Apply international commercial terms (Incoterms) to evaluate responsibilities, costs, and risks associated with shipments.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws for both origin and destination, handling licenses and trade restrictions.
- Coordinate international logistics by working with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to facilitate timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Support customs clearance by providing accurate documentation to authorities for smooth passage through customs checkpoints.
- Identify potential risks in international shipments and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
- Negotiate shipping rates, terms, and contracts with logistics partners to optimize transportation costs.
- Implement tools and technologies to enhance real-time visibility into shipment statuses for proactive issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain logistics and order processing.
- Proven negotiation skills with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in SAP systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
