About the job Customer Service Specialist, Singapore

Position Summary:

We are seeking for motivated and energetic Customer Service Specialist to help coordinating activities and providing operational support for the Service team. The incumbent use dormakaba established procedures and guidelines to provide information, advice, and assistance regarding dormakaba products and services to our customers. He/She will also ensure high level of service excellence is delivered to build long term relationship with our partners.

  • Provides administrative, coordination and operation support for Service Team
  • Coordinate activities of the service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in our service delivery
  • Understand the needs and requirements of customer in order to provide the right information, advice and assistance
  • Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond in a timely manner.
  • Follow-up and co-ordinate with customers, logistics & other general matters
  • Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, cash receipt, payments, collections and reports
  • Share customer feedback, and information to colleagues within dormakaba to innovate and create positive long-term benefits.
  • Good knowledge of the Companys products and service offerings.
  • Experienced level of customer service, sales coordination and contract preparation
  • Experienced level of customer relationship management skills. Ability to understand the needs and requirement of customer to provide right information, advice and assistance.
  • High collaboration with multiple teams across the business.
  • Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external stakeholders/ customers
  • Strong communication, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Resourceful, results-oriented and a team player.

Qualifications and Experience:
