As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the primary point of contact between our company and our valued clients. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring the delivery process runs seamlessly. You will also provide administrative support for billing related matters and collaborate with various stakeholders to guarantee that client needs are met and exceeded.
Min Diplomat or A Level in any field.
Proven experience in a client service or customer support role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of logistics and delivery processes is a plus.
