Job description

As a Customer Support Specialist, your main responsibility will be to respond to customer queries promptly and accurately through phone, email, or chat. You will need to identify customer needs, guide them on using specific features or products, and analyze and report any product malfunctions. Keeping our internal databases updated with technical issue information and engaging with customers on social media to provide assistance will also be part of your role.Your role will involve sharing customer feedback and feature requests with the team, informing customers about new features, and following up to ensure their technical issues are resolved satisfactorily. You will also gather feedback from customers and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to enhance our services.To excel in this role, you should have experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role. Familiarity with the Logistics and Freight Forwarding Industry is advantageous. Proficiency in using help desk software and remote support tools is essential, along with strong communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills. You should be able to multitask, exhibit patience in handling challenging situations, and demonstrate core skills such as communication and problem-solving, along with soft skills like time management and adaptability.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience, be a graduate, proficient in the local language and English, and available for full-time work from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday in Vadodara.
