Job summary

A consulting firm in Singapore is seeking part-time customer service staff to assist with queue management and ensure an excellent customer experience. The role includes monitoring self-help kiosks and handling customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be able to work selected Saturdays and is welcome to students. This position offers flexible hours with a break included.

Job description

Part time customer service role, students welcome!

Location: Esplanade

Working hours: Selected Saturday.

8:30 AM-5:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM 1 hr unpaid break.

Job Scope
  1. Queue management and other administrative matter
  2. Support the guest and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
  3. Managing the crowd
  4. Monitor the use of Self-help kiosks and provide basic technical support;
  5. Handle simple enquires and redirecting complex ones to other channels; and
  6. Any other relevant administrative tasks. E.g. setting up and closing of self help kiosks and solemnisation rooms, simple statistical/situational reporting etc.
