Job summary

A recruitment agency located in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support Associate to manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accurate fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will support customers by handling inquiries, processing orders, and collaborating with logistics teams.   • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track shipments and update customers on delivery status or delays.
  • Resolve customer issues and elevate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and delivery documentation.
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Monitor inventory availability and inform relevant teams of low stock or potential shortages.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Support continuous improvement of service processes to enhance efficiency and customer experience
Requirement
  • Opticianry qualification or experience is preferred, or prior customer service experience.
