This is the perfect opportunity for entry-level candidates eager to gain real-world experience in customer service, communication, and retail operations — all within a supportive and inclusive work environment.

What You\'ll Be Doing

Customer Interaction

  • Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Share accurate information about our services, products, and promotions.
  • Be a proud brand ambassador representing Caring Skin’s values.

Problem-Solving & Support

  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
  • Help clients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Communication & Coordination

  • Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and emails professionally.
  • Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

Stay Updated & Informed

  • Keep up with new products, services, and offers.
  • Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Store Presentation

  • Support in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.

Who We\'re Looking For

  • Fresh Diploma holders (any field) — no experience required!
  • Friendly, customer-focused, and willing to learn
  • Able to work retail hours:

Weekdays: 11:00am – 9:00pm

Weekends/PH: 10:00am – 8:00pm

  • 8 off days per month
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (bonus if you\u2019re tech-savvy!)
  • Interest in skincare and wellness is a plus
  • Open to Singaporeans only
