Job Description
  • Maintain operation of system dashboard/portal and ensure customers get high quality service and satisfaction.
  • System monitoring and administrations works.
  • Respond swiftly to calls when activated and investigate cases.
  • Respond immediately to all enquiries concerning season applications, refund matters, and/or change of particulars and resolve all issues.
  • Effectively communicate with users via email, telephone & Portal.
  • Ensure daily/monthly reports are produced showing occurrences, such as email reports and/or call tracking.
  • Follow with clients and customers till case is resolved. Case data archiving.
  • Administrative duties e.g basic finance , Filing, data entry, applications submission.
Requirements
  • Able to perform 2 rotating shifts within daytime working hours including weekends.
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service officer roles.
  • 5 days week with OT provided.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Multi tasking is a key skill required, such as managing emails, calls and retrieving data from company portals.
