  • Responsible for scheduling appointment calendar.
  • Promoting massage treatments and packages to customers.
  • Record daily transaction for all services performed.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the retail counters.
  • Enhance guest recognition at all times by addressing guests by name and interacting with them professionally.
  • Handle front desk duties such as answering customer queries, scheduling, and cashier duties.
  • Maintain and update customer database at all times.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'N' Level or above

  • Computer literacy – Words, Excels, Email
  • No work experience required (Training will be provided)
  • 6 days’ workweek
  • Shift: 10.00am to 7.00pm or 12.00pm to 9pm
  • Able to work on retail hours
  • Basic salary + personal sales commission
