Job description
Responsibilities:
  • Daily cash collection
  • Handle inbound & outbound calls and reply to emails with regards to general inquiries, complaints, service requests & troubleshooting.
  • Arrangement of technical service appointments.
  • Coordinate and liaise closely on service arrangements with various internal departments and external parties to ensure timely response to customers.
  • Administrative duties
  • Preparation of simple quotations and bill processing
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Other ad-hob duties as assigned
Requirements:

Additional Information:

5.5days work week

Mon-Fri: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Sat: 8.30am to 12.30pm
