A leading survey organization in Singapore is looking for a dedicated individual to assist with surveys. The role involves helping respondents complete surveys and ensuring data integrity through accurate entry. Candidates should have at least 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and applicants must be available to work weekends when needed. This position offers a salary of up to $3,300 and is renewable after 6 months.

Working Hours: Shift Work (5 days across Monday - Sunday)

Salary: Up to $3,300

Duration: 6 Months (Renewable)

  • Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods.
  • Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
  • Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
  • Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
Requirements
