Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Handle import/export of ship spares from arrival to delivery.
  • Maintain and update inventory lists; perform checks on spares.
  • Coordinate with forwarders for cargo clearance and delivery.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager for delivery timing.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of requested spares.
  • Follow company procedures for data entry and documentation.
  • Adhere to company quality and safety policies.

Job description
  • Position : Customer Service Executive (Marine Ship Spares / Logistics) – Up to $3,500
  • Location : Gul Circle (5 stops from Joo Koon MRT)
  • Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays | 8.30am to 5.30pm OR 9am to 6pm & Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm OR 9am to 1pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical and Dental
  • Benefits + Additional Allowances + Performance Bonus Duration : Permanent
  • Industry : Marine Supplies
Responsibilities
  • Handle import, export and off-landed ship spares (from arrival to delivery).
  • Maintain and update inventory list of all stored spares; do simple checks to ensure they are in good condition.
  • Coordinate with appointed forwarders on cargo clearance and delivery arrangements.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager on vessels’ ETA and delivery timing for ship spares.
  • Ensure spares are delivered on time and in the correct quantity and quality as requested by the vessel.
  • Follow company procedures to ensure accurate data entry and documentation for operations and reporting.
  • Be mindful of company quality, safety and environmental policies in daily work.
Requirements
  • Experience in marine/shipping logistics, operations, or supply coordination with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to work under time pressure.
  • All with experience welcome.
