The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be responsible for ensuring timely dispatch and invoicing. This role offers a salary of $2800-$3400 and is based in Bukit Merah Central.

5 days, 8.30am - 5.30pm/8.30am-5pm (Friday)

Salary: $2800-$3400

Location: Bukit Merah Central, Singapore 159835

Job scope:

• Handle full sets of shipping documents (PSA/Customs/Tradenet/Portnet)
• Handle day to day operations and transaction in the forwarding area.
• Arrange bookings for shipping documents e.g. shipping orders, shipping notes, B/L etc
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipping documents.
• Responsible for timely invoicing, insurance of credit notes, internal expenses report and month end closing.

Requirements:

• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding
