Duties
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and professional support
- Prepare and issue quotations, acknowledge purchase orders, and generate invoices accurately
- Coordinate closely with internal teams on stock availability, order readiness, and delivery schedules
- Monitor and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and on-time fulfillment
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and expedite urgent requests with a solutions-oriented mindset
- Ensure delivery timelines and customer requirements are consistently met
- Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or order management role
- Strong communicator with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative team player who is also comfortable working independently
- Able to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
