  • Prepare and process all sales documents—quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and delivery notes—with accuracy and speed
  • Provide vital administrative support to the Sales Team, from checking visuals and floor plans to prepping installation reports
  • Coordinate smooth order workflows and work closely with logistics to ensure timely deliveries and installations
  • Take on exciting ad-hoc projects and tasks that keep the business moving forward
What We’re Looking For:
  • Minimum GCE “N” / “O” Levels or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative or operational experience (a plus!)
  • Sharp organizational skills with an eagle eye for details
  • Confident communicator who connects easily with colleagues and clients alike
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
