Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry.
- Knowledge in both Sea Freight & Air Freight is an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with positive working attitude.
Responsibilities
- Process and follow up customers’ orders efficiently and accurately.
- Provide sales support including problem solving and quotations to customers.
- Liaise and source cargo space with different carriers.

Responsibilities
- Process and follow up customers’ orders efficiently and accurately
- Provide sales support including problem solving and quotations to customers
- Liaise and source cargo space with different carriers
- Communicate with overseas offices, carriers and vendors to support timely receipt, cargo clearance and delivery of shipments
- Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customers’ shipments
- Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfil their requirements
- Coordinate with Import/Export Operations to ensure accuracy in documentation and billing
- Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
Requirements
- Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree
