Roles & Responsibilities

You will be the voice and face of our company, bridging operations and clients to ensure every order, delivery and request runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer enquiries via communication channels such as phone, email and WhatsApp in a professional and timely manner;
  • Coordinate laundry pickup and delivery schedules with operations and logistics teams;
  • Prepare service quotations, delivery orders and billing documents;
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and service feedback;
  • Follow up proactively on service issues, customer complaints and resolution tracking;

Build positive, long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We are Looking For
  • Minimum GCE “O” Level / Diploma in Business, Hospitality or equivalent
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service / client coordination
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, resourceful and customer-oriented with good problem‑solving attitude
