Key Responsibilities
  • Audit payments and manage financial records
  • Maintain office files, documents, and databases
  • Manage and update client and employee records
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation
  • Perform general office duties
IT Support Duties
  • Provide basic tech support for office computers, printers, and equipment
  • Assist staff with IT systems, software, and troubleshooting
  • Ensure software updates are installed on all office devices
  • Support e-filing and digital document management
Qualifications
  • CEI Certification (Compulsory) – required for Maid Agency operations
  • Experience in administrative or office support roles
  • Basic knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
