Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to assist with inquiries and administrative tasks related to student registrations. The ideal candidate should possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, and be able to work on weekends. This role emphasizes excellent customer service and communication skills while supporting the enrollment process and promoting various enrichment programmes.

Qualifications

  • Must have minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or higher.
  • Able to commit to working on weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with queries and concerns.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to registrations.
  • Provide accurate information on programmes.
  • Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, and email.
  • Follow up with prospective families for enrollment support.
  • Promote new courses and maintain programme knowledge.
  • Work towards sales targets and maximize retention.
  • Support daily operations and maintain service standards.
