A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Customer Service Administrator located in Tuas, Singapore. Job description
  • Position: Customer Service Administrator - SAP

  • Location: Tuas (3 bus stops from Joo Koon MRT)

  • Working hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.00am to 5.00pm)

  • Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $4500 + 14 days annual leave + Variable Bonus + Medical claim

  • Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities
  • Process sales and service orders in SAP/Resolv accurately and on time.
  • Ensure all supporting documents (quotes, POs, DOs) are properly filed and updated.
  • Track and follow up on open orders, deliveries, and service jobs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers and distributors on order status and service updates.
  • Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Accounts teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage warranty or repair documentation.
  • Work with the Service team to arrange shipments, packing lists, and on-time deliveries.
  • Monitor stock levels for common parts and assist in procurement coordination.
  • Maintain and update records in SAP/Resolv for customer accounts and parts transactions.
  • Support process improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
  • Prepare quotations, sales acknowledgements, and backorder reports.
  • Assist in ISO/BizSAFE audits and handle general administrative support for the CS and Service teams.
Requirements
  • Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or service-based industries preferred.
  • Proficient in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications.
