A multinational company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a sales support role focusing on customer service activities. Responsibilities include managing the order-to-delivery process, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer rapport. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and preferably have a diploma or higher. Experience in the marine industry is a plus but not mandatory. This position offers hybrid working with a supportive team environment.

This is a fast pace working environment and staffs is expected to be able to follow up on urgent matters after office hours and also able to digests whole departmental email
