Job description

Main Office: 47 Sungei Kadut Street 6, Singapore 728873
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: Basic pay of SGD 2,800 per month, plus commissions based on sales achieved, and transport allowance. Additional KPI-based incentives are also available.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Ready-Mixed Concrete to contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Revisit and engage with old customers to rekindle business relationships.
• Approach and acquire new customers to expand the company's client base.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotations, and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, technical) to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

• Experience in customer relationship management or sales in the construction industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a strong sales record.
• Possess own car (preferred); transport allowance will be provided.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
