A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to provide quality customer service support and manage customer inquiries effectively. The role requires a minimum diploma qualification and 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP. This position offers a salary of $2,800 to $3,500 plus overtime pay, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
