Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Experience Executive to provide quality customer service support and manage customer inquiries effectively. The role requires a minimum diploma qualification and 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel and familiar with SAP. This position offers a salary of $2,800 to $3,500 plus overtime pay, with working hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in order processing and delivery arrangement.
• Experience in handling customers' inquiries and claims by emails and phone calls.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service support to customers over e-mail and phone.
• Handle customer enquiries efficiently and elevate issues promptly when required.
• Perform sales order management for customers.
• Allocate stocks and arrange delivery for customers' orders.
• Conduct regular meetings with customers for close communication.
• Perform problem solving to add value to customers.
• Extract and tabulate data for monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Promote or recommend new products to existing customers.
• Perform ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
