A customer development firm in Singapore is seeking a Customer Development Executive to facilitate customer communications and support internal team coordination. The role offers a hybrid and flexible work arrangement, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. About the Role

The Customer Development Executive supports customer conversations, follow-ups, and coordination with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

This role focuses on communication, organisation, and consistency. Training and guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers through phone calls, messaging platforms, and email
  • Follow up on enquiries and ongoing customer conversations in a timely manner
  • Understand customers’ basic requirements and provide relevant information or guidance
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure appropriate next steps are takenArrange and schedule calls or meetings when required
  • Maintain accurate and organised records of customer interactions
  • Support customer outreach and engagement initiatives as needed
Requirements
  • Open to Singapore Citizens only
  • Minimum Local Diploma in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Comfortable communicating with customers in a professional manner
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-ups
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage but not required
