• Implement and validate algorithmic trading models ensuring high-performance execution
• Rapidly adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting of trade activities

Requirements

• Several years of experience in advanced trading roles within crypto hedge fund or prop trading environments (around 3 years suggested)
• Strong proficiency in Python and deep understanding of financial Greeks (particularly delta)
• Proven ability to operate within Web3 and DeFi ecosystems
• Familiarity with delta-neutral strategies options trading or algorithmic trading is an advantage
• A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is helpful but not mandatory
• Fluent English
