Responsibilities

• Update, manage and add new/customers into the database for marketing campaigns.
• Source and add new contacts by targeted industries/buildings.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects requiring database sourcing.
• Import database into the company's CRM system.
• Cold call to request contact details.
• Walk buildings to gather tenants' details.
• Manage sending of rental guides to opted-in clients.
• Plan and manage department meeting schedules.
• Suggest CEA courses for brokers and track targets.
• Assist with JTC's regularization projects.
