This role is pivotal in driving sustainable revenue growth, enhancing client value, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with deep expertise in credit risk, financial services, and B2B relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic expansion of CRIF’s credit bureau footprint across the region, identifying new markets and partnership opportunities.
• Drive sustainable revenue growth by developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with regional profitability goals.
• Ensure delivery of high-value client solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance bureau products and services.
• Strengthen client relationships and retention through proactive engagement, solution customization, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee operational excellence by implementing process improvements and leveraging data insights to support business decisions.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams to support bureau growth and client success across multiple geographies.
• Represent CRIF in industry forums and regulatory discussions, positioning the bureau as a trusted partner in financial services innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
