What You’ll Do
  • Review and prepare borrower cases before counselling sessions.
  • Conduct face-to-face or phone counselling sessions to understand borrowers’ financial situations.
  • Assess and explore debt solution options, offering clear and unbiased advice.
  • Help borrowers understand their financial position and guide them toward appropriate repayment plans, if applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and updated case records in the system.
  • Perform other ad‑hoc duties as reasonably assigned, to support business needs.
What We’re Looking For
  • Incumbent must hold valid Singapore Residency to be considered
  • Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Social Work, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
