Job summary

We are seeking a CREATIVE DESIGNER who aspires to captivate and inspire through their work and drive our brand storytelling journey.

Join Neo Group Bakery, the parent company behind PrimaDéli—Singapore’s first halal bakery franchise brand. As a subsidiary of Neo Group Limited (Singapore’s premier catering group with a distinguished track record since 1992), we are committed to excellence in celebration cakes, staple bakes, and industry provisions.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and create visual communications, including digital assets and print collaterals (from graphical works, photography to video editing), that are aligned with the brand’s identity and message
  • Create social media content (Reels, TikTok, graphics, stories) that aligns with brand direction
  • Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance throughout all touchpoints
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams on timely project deliverables (work with Marketing team to conceptualise and provide creatives for marketing & brand campaigns within timeline; work with Chefs on food photography, including food styling)
  • Strong multi-project management from concept to completion, including liaising with print vendors and external resources to ensure optimal results in marketing collaterals and packaging production
  • Think creatively, stay relevant with current design trends and standards, and enhance existing / develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts
  • Manage a secondary brand portfolio, providing the opportunity to showcase versatility across different market segments
  • To work with other designers on other assigned design and non-design duties
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B and/or FMCG industry
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Proven experience in photography. Skills in food styling and videography are highly advantageous and will be prioritised
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a high standard in both digital and print design
  • A craftsman with a positive mindset and “can-do” attitude, with a keen eye for layout, typography, colour theory, composition, and motion graphics
  • Flexible and open-minded to new processes, new platforms, and emerging technologies
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as a team member to meet tight timeline in a dynamic working environment
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Willing to work in the West area, with occasional travel for event setup within Singapore
