Duties and Job Responsibilities
Bill of Materials (BOM) Setup & Maintenance
- Assist in collating data from various departments (Production, Procurement, R&D) to create and update BOMs.
- Ensure BOM accuracy and alignment with production requirements.
Costing & Recipe Review
- Review existing product recipes and costing structures for accuracy.
- Update and validate changes in the ERP system based on approved revisions.
ERP System Updates (BC365)
- Input and update product pricing, BOMs, and recipes into BC365.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Liaise with Procurement, Production, and R&D teams to gather necessary costing and material information.
- Support communication and documentation for cost-related changes.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and maintain costing reports for internal review.
- Assist in audits and provide supporting documentation as required.
Any other duties as and when assigned by your supervisor and or manager, as deemed appropriate and necessary for the prevailing role.
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
- Diploma /CAT / GCE’O Level, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of costing principles and ERP systems (preferably BC365).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or food production costing.
- Familiarity with BOM setup and recipe management.
Professional Qualifications
- Diploma in Costing/Accounting / CAT / GCE “O” Level.
Aptitude and Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel and data management.
- Strong sense of responsibility and integrity in handling data.
- Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Team-player with a collaborative mindset.
