About the Department

About the position

The Corporate Services Officer provides operational and logistical support across a range of corporate functions, including property coordination, procurement, asset management, and event support.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the scheduling of building maintenance and repairs for these properties, maintaining operational standards and undertake minor purchases of hardware items in support.
  • Assist in maintaining asset registers and conducting the annual asset stocktake, ensuring accurate records and compliance. Supports the update of the Capital Management Plan to reflect current asset status and planning needs.
  • Coordinate and manage the inventory of all owned and leased residential properties, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient utilisation. Assist the Community Liaison Officer in coordinating the preparation and distribution of settling-in and departure kits to support personnel transitions.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate services management.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate with stakeholders effectively
  • Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
