A corporate services firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative services. Responsibilities include managing vendor contracts, planning budgets, and leading workplace improvement projects. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years in corporate services, preferably in a banking or financial environment. The position offers a salary range of $6,000 to $7,000 along with AWS and variable bonuses.
Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, workplace support, and administrative services (reception, mailroom, pantry, logistics, etc.).
Oversee vendor contracts and monitor service levels to ensure performance standards are met.
Plan and manage office budgets, procurement activities, and cost‑control initiatives.
Ensure adherence to corporate policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
Lead workplace improvement projects and operational enhancement initiatives.
Drive employee and guest experience programs to support a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with Facilities Management on space planning and business continuity matters.
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, facilities management, or office administration.
Experience in a banking or financial services environment is an advantage.
Strong problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Basic: $6,000 – $7,000
Others: AWS + Variable Bonus
Monday – Friday
8:00am – 5:00pm OR
9:00am – 6:00pm
