Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, workplace support, and administrative services (reception, mailroom, pantry, logistics, etc.).

  • Oversee vendor contracts and monitor service levels to ensure performance standards are met.

  • Plan and manage office budgets, procurement activities, and cost‑control initiatives.

  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.

  • Lead workplace improvement projects and operational enhancement initiatives.

  • Drive employee and guest experience programs to support a positive workplace culture.

  • Collaborate with Facilities Management on space planning and business continuity matters.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or related discipline.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate services, facilities management, or office administration.

  • Experience in a banking or financial services environment is an advantage.

  • Strong problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Salary

Basic: $6,000 – $7,000
Others: AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Hours

Monday – Friday

  • 8:00am – 5:00pm OR

  • 9:00am – 6:00pm
