Job Responsibilities:
Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties for our clients which includes but not limited to:
- Experience to manage a portfolio of clients
- Assist with customer due diligence (on-boarding and on-going monitoring)
- Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties
- Attend to clients’ requests and enquiries including meeting clients when necessary
- Attend and review client’s employment pass applications, administration of CorpPass
- Strong knowledge with Statutory Reporting / Filing and Companies Act
- Provide good client service ensuring clients receive prompt responses to requests and queries
- Other incidental work as assigned from time to time
Job Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma / currently pursuing Corporate Secretarial course or Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP).
- Min 2 year working experience with Singapore accounting firm / secretarial / law firm
- Have knowledge of Companies Act
- Knowledge of VCC incorporation will be added advantage
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Meticulous, detailed and deadline-oriented
- Self-motivated, independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good interpersonal skills
- Detailed oriented and able to work under pressure
- Willing to learn new things and can-do attitude
