Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with proven track record of Corporate Secretarial experiences to join our team of Corporate Secretarial Professionals.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Directors’ and Shareholders’ Resolutions and Statutory Returns
  • Prepare accounts in XBRL & submission
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements (including deadlines)
  • Handle all statutory filings with ACRA, MOM, IRAS and other regional/local government bodies
  • General administration work, including filing and arranging appointments
  • Maintain a good working relationship with clients and manage their expectations
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as and when required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a professional firm
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and written skills
  • An eye for detail and deadline-oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Accountability, a proactive approach, and a positive work attitude.
