About the Role
We are looking for a Corporate Secretarial Assistant / Junior to support our Corporate Secretarial team in managing a portfolio of Singapore and foreign entities. This is an ideal role for someone at the start of their career who wants to learn corporate secretarial work in a structured, supportive environment.
You will work closely with our Corporate Secretarial Executives and Manager, mainly focusing on administrative and document-related tasks, with on-the-job training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing documents such as resolutions, share application forms and share transfer forms using templates
- Preparing and filing returns with ACRA (e.g. change of address, change of officers, annual return) under supervision
- Maintaining and updating registers, minute books and other records electronically
- Assisting with the incorporation of new entities
- Coordinating the electronic signing of documents and following up on returns where necessary
- Performing general administrative tasks,
- Scanning, filing and organizing documents
- Data entry into corporate secretarial / entity management software
Requirements
- Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Business, Accountancy, Law, Administration or related fields.
- 0–1 year of working experience; fresh graduates / school leavers are welcome.
- Interest in building a career in corporate secretarial / corporate services.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good written and spoken English.
- Meticulous with strong attention to detail and good record-keeping habits.
- Organized, willing to learn, and able to follow instructions and standard procedures.
- A team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
Good to Have (but Not Required)
- Internship or prior experience in a corporate secretarial, law, audit, or accounting firm.
- Basic understanding of ACRA / Companies Act, or exposure to corporate secretarial work.
- Experience using any corporate secretarial or document management software.
